Darlene and I have been involved in a number of home transactions
over the years, so, when we decided to build in Estes Park we
gave it a lot of thought. The three main items of concern were,
Location, Floor Plan and last but certainly not least the Builder.
We looked around at a number of builder's work and asked a lot
of questions. When it came time for our final decision, we chose

and friendly and 4. Always there to talk to and willing to make
changes. We are very happy with the end result of our home and
