In 2004, my wife and I were in the final stages in preparation
to build our retirement home. I planned to be teh general contractor
and was searching for a builder to accomplish the framing portion
of the project. A parishioner at our church in Estes Park kept
advising us to call Steve Holgorsen, president of Triple H Development
and obtain a bid. The parishioner was a previous builder and
had extensive knowledge with residential construction. I contacted
Steve, briefed him on our intentions, and scheduled a meeting
with him. When we met and discussed the project, I determined
that he was a highly ethical individual and possessed very high
standards. In subsequent discussions with business owners in
Estes Park, Steve was described as a person with great integrity
and "the best builder in town."
Steve provided us a bid which we accepted without
hesitation and was very satisfied not having to get additional
bids. Steve, along with his two sons Brett & Nick, and another
crew member, started the house in December 2004. Steve was able
to adjust his schedule to work with me as I completed electrical,
plubming, heating, sewer, painting, and cabinet installation.
As work progressed, I coordinated with Steve to have him do
additional work including decks and trim work. Without hesitation,
he accepted the additional projects. He provided us with many
suggestions to improve the integrity and appearance of our home.
I have had numerous builder friends stop by aour
property and inspect the framing work as it progressed. Comments
included, "I have never seen such meticulous work,"
and "the jobsite is the cleanest and most organized I have
ever experienced."
All bills provided by Triple H Development were
very straight forward with appropriate documentation. All subctonractors
and suppliers were paid immediately, and unused materials were
promptly removed from the property and credited to our account.
Triple H Development is an extremely successful
family-owned business. I feel very fortunate to have had the
opportunity to have Steve, Nick, & Brett help us to complete
this life-long dream. We have developed into personal friends
and I look forward to passing this very satisfying experience
to others who are planning to build and recommending Triple
H Development.
